Shift In Style is a premium automotive-inspired apparel brand designed for car enthusiasts. We create high-quality clothing with bold, stylish designs that reflect a passion for cars.

How does shipping work?

Once your order is placed, we get to work making your gear. Because each piece is printed fresh for each Drop, please allow for the following:

  • Processing Time: 2-5 business days before shipping
  • Shipping Time: 5-8 business days (U.S. only)

You’ll receive a tracking number once it ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Heads up: Because this is a limited-edition drop, our team prints each order just for you. It may take 7–13 days total to arrive — but we promise it's worth the wait.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our drops are extremely limited, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues. Each piece is made specifically for that release, and once it's gone — it's gone.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product has a detailed size chart on the product page. We recommend measuring a similar item you own and comparing it to our chart to ensure the best fit.

How should I care for my apparel?

To keep your clothing looking fresh, follow these care instructions:​

  • Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle
  • Use mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners
  • Tumble dry on low or air dry for best results
  • Do not bleach or dry clean
  • Do not iron directly on the design

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because orders are processed quickly, we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.​

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us.

What materials are your products made of?

We use premium-quality fabrics, including:​

  • Prints: High-quality, fade-resistant ink designed to last

How do I contact customer support?

What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?

If the carrier cannot deliver the items because of an incorrect address or if the package is unclaimed, it will be returned to our facility. We will hold the order for 30 days at no cost. During this time, please contact us to confirm your correct address for reshipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or mislabeled item?

We strive for quality, but in rare cases, a damaged or mislabeled item might slip through or get damaged in transit. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a detailed description and clear photos of the issue.

Do you accept returns for buyer’s remorse?

Due to the exclusive nature of each drop, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

How do I report a problem with my order?

If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us with your order number and a detailed description of the problem. Including photos will help us resolve the issue promptly.​
